At Leo Textiles, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality bedsheets crafted with care. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on regular-priced items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

    • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Handloom Disclaimer (Important)

Please note that our products are handcrafted using traditional Chennimalai weaving techniques.

    • Variations: Minor irregularities in weave, small knots, or slight color variations are not considered defects. These are the “marks of authenticity” that distinguish handloom from machine-made cloth.

    • Color Display: Variations in color due to screen brightness or photographic lighting are not eligible for “defective” returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Customized Orders: Any products manufactured to specific sizes or branding for hospitals, hotels, or NGOs.

    • Bulk Orders: Large wholesale orders are generally final sale unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

    • Hygiene Products: Used bedsheets or towels cannot be returned due to hygiene standards.

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Email Us: Contact us at info@leotextiles.info or vijayakumarchml@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos of the product.

    2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Authorization.

    3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

    • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with signs of use or missing parts not due to our error).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is physically damaged or has a significant manufacturing defect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
